Container drop on forklift operator

I always have fear with the way they stack them so high. In theory, if heavy it should not fall off but you never know right.

It is not the height that cause the topple rather container was not placed properly.

Somehow whilst lifting the container got sort of attached to the base of the next stack and that’s how it all happened ….. kind of rare

that was a forklift not a crane, the crane is the one that load from the vessel onto the ground and could be the cause for not stacking properly. 

* not sure the forklift can stack until so high.

Thanks God, the forklift driver is in stable condition.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force was alerted to the incident at about 6.55am and took the conscious 37-year-old man to National University Hospital. He is in stable condition, according to PSA.

Indeed miracle, the whole contained fell on the operator cabin and yet he is survived. Really blessed.

from the stacked height, yard location and the ease with which they moved, the containers were likely empty. So it was a 2 ton weight. Still a big force falling from that height. It just looks worse because of the size of the box.

Container drop on him, he don't die, buy Toto, he win, then go holiday, eat and eat.....suddenly die. Haha......or buy a fast car, accident and die
