Now vep tag has been installed and picture submitted for jpj approval and activation of tag. But it has been in this status for 11 days now for me. Whereas there are ppl who only waited within a day to get their tag activated 

Called hotline and confirm my tag is pending jpj action with no firm date when can be finished 😕

 

I think heng suay one... they open the email and just check the first one... you're in the field of vision you get approved first lor... ha ha... 

My renewal application is still at the Renew Submitted stage... I think can wait forever... ha ha...

my renewal listed as In Progress - JPJ / Renew Submitted - TCSens for 1  month already.

see what's the status and follow up accordingly, there's no proper procedure guide by them, so nobody knows what is correct what is wrong.

Yup... mine exact same situation timing around there also - 3 weeks?... so there's no progress on your application I suppose? Malaysia Boleh!

nope nothing, don't understand why in progress since there's no tab to upload my documents, meaning there's nothing for them to verify also. Read previously some had checked with TCSens and they mentioned need to deactivate not renew. I'll just leave it alone.

Same I just crossed, also cannot deduct from app wallet. Had to borrow from next lane and top up at next toll stn.

Me. I remember I acknowledged and uploaded the fitment photo on 30 June. No updates since then

That's what I did and found out it doesn't work... after that I never bother already...

Hehe.. my secondhand car came with rfid sticker on the headlamp, no idea which is it.

Recently late night petrol run went in 2nd Link and tried MyRFID lane.. found out the hard way lan lan reverse out lol

If you did not link it to TnG Wallet, it will not work.

Funnily, for carpark at bukit indah aeon, it deducted from eWallet instead of card.

As I mentioned earlier, once click renew, it will deregister and create new record for you to key in vehicle details, even if for same vehicle.

So key in and then they issue confirmation slip. Then login through another portal vepam to upload docs.

I've uploaded last Saturday,  now still pending.

nope, i clicked renew one month back it doesn't deregister, but goes back to the same information for me to update some details.

Login into the other website which is VEPAMS and hit issue with TnG account linkage due to NRIC vs Passport Number. I never follow up and ignore it.

No idea why they need to have JPJ VEP and VEPAMS website just for VEP, can't they combine two website into one? TnG creation for foreigners need passport number while VEP need NRIC to link, don't they two communicate before implementing? Additional step is needed if you have this issue. 😡

3 June 2024: Chat via TnG app to seek assistance to add in NRIC as mine was registered with Passport Number many years back. Took around 30min to get hold of a live agent to add in NRIC to my TnG account. Photo of Passport Biodata page and NRIC need to sent over for verification.

Unable to view NRIC under account setting in TnG app as was backend updated to allow for VEP use only. Go back to the status VEPAMS portal and link with my TnG account and was instantly submitted. Pending verification.

19 June 2024: received email stating that my VEP. "Thank you for completing your Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) online registration.

We have verified your registration against your uploaded documents and your application is APPROVED for the following vehicle."

23 June 2024: made payment at VEPAMS website and selected delivery option and paid RM56.28. Received receipt via email.

2 Jul 2024: till date the VEPAMS website status is still shown as: Pending For Tag Processing. 🤷🏻‍♂️

 

 

 

Update

3 July 2024: Email notification: YOUR TAG HAS BEEN SHIPPED

11 July 2024: RFID TAG was delivered, open up and confirmed is the transparent RFID tag that to be stick at left headlight, never see any instructions for interior windscreen. 

I will not stick and send in photo for confirmation and activation until maybe early Sept 2024, in case they delay and flip prata again. 😂

The 5 years expiry start from when?
