They allowed a transfer to a different car?  Mine is the same car and they won't allow it. I asked twice and both times it is no, you need to terminate old tag and reapply.  Knn...

Nobody check 1 la

It is just not something i want to deal with when up north.

If that is the case, might as well just buy TnG RFID from Shopee Malaysia and side step the potential VEP legal issue.

Both counter and tolls. A breeze to drive up north as the rfid lanes usually shorter.

Does it work for Road Charge? I read here somewhere saying it doesn't?

Woah... who's right here? Seems like VEP RFID was built for Road Charge... no reason why TnG RFID should pay for Road Charge will applicable only to foreign vehicles?

Yes. Woodlands doesn't work. Tuas yes.

Strange, how the reader knows it is a foreign vehicle and road charge is applicable and auto debit from eWallet?

Exactly unless the functionality is missing from the Woodlands side?

So just to confirm... the TnG RFID works to deduct the Road Charge of RM20 automatically from your e-wallet at the Tuas checkpoint but not at the Woodlands checkpoint?

You got confirm with your e-wallet transaction history that the RM20 is deducted? Cos might just be the Tuas side read the TnG tag and think you're Malaysian car and lift the gantry and let you through? Cos the reader will just read any RFID tag mah...
