Now still got? 30 years ago yeah. The small room on the right side!

Still have, but T3 I only just walk through the counters. I never see my passport from plane door to the arrival hall.

But, of course somebody pays.

You can try to login to your TnG account and from there add in this TnG....then submit a request for a refund (to your TnG ewallet balance), likely your card would have been inactive (1 year of no usage) and there's no way to reactive it back...so you will still have to request for a refund of balance...

Wait for them to send you email to make appointment or choose delivery option... it will contain a link to the VEPAMS website operated by TCSENS where you do the necessary... the link is unique and expires if you don't access it within a reasonable period of time...

wonder how long it will take them to send over the email? any idea

Your case somewhat like mine lar... need to delete the old application... I don't understand why they don't just give us a delete button and we start over again... a lot simpler than having to email them or go down to queue and ask them to do so... it's probably a very common issue...

That's why I say this whole VEP Saga is pure stupidity.

@hangloose21 I also use Innox Group for my VEP Application. Sent them the necessary documents and the next minute you are already in the queue of applications. Pretty fast and efficient operations, I must say. But end result is still unknown until I get the VEP installed.

@Volvobrick I do think likewise. While we all experience all difficulties in trying to do it ourselves, there is this company that can do this and get it done within a short time frame. But at the end of the day, charges is not that high and l chose to pay and move on.

Cost is $138 + GST making it a total of $150.42.

Neutral Newbie

I am stuck at the LTA COE document submission and was rejected twice already. Anyone can advise where to get the required COE document?

Quote

Your application was REJECTED due to the following:
Reason: Incomplete Document
Remarks: Please attach the LTA, complete with vehicle details including the ownership date from One Motoring for verification. Thank you.

Transfer out can or not? I think the money is gone cos the card is lost? Otherwise maybe can write in to cancel card and transfer balance to your TnG e-wallet account?

You cannot use "usually" in such circumstances. Implementation of anything should be on a "worst" or "whole" case basis.

Unfortunately, JPJ and TnG are working off "usually" as well.

Foreigners in MY, for example, will use passport to apply for TnG and, for sure, their number will be different from NRIC.

My thinking is that a foreigner would certainly have a valid visa to stay which would be their NRIC while in Malaysia... do they really need to have Passport? I mean tourists would hardly jump through all the hoops for an e-wallet if you're just visiting or passing through... I suppose I just can't think of a scenario where use of Passport is necessary...

Like that must submit photos of your ID to verify you are who you are... if you're uncomfortable then just let the money go although they have your NRIC with your registration with TnG for the e-wallet lor... cos I did it for my dad before when all his cards expired after the pandemic... took almost 2 years to settle... now I think should be faster...

At the end pay already still at the mercy of the JPJ bureaucracy, no? And at the mercy of the efficiency of TCSENS?
