TnG just came back to me with this..... transferring my balance to friend/family then terminating and setting new.

Sounds like I'm doing all their work and, in the end, it doesn't fix their own process problem. I had to be honest and tell them I have no family or close friend I would transfer my eWallet to. They still need to fix their own backend for long term - I can wait, I head to JB tomorrow morning but I'm not in a rush to go in again after October.

@teomingern not really lor...I called them, they ask my email and immediately I will received a reply email stating they are sorry...pls wait...

 

so far I called 3 times liao...the recent call they say need 2 weeks to de-register my tag..I told them already email the documents since beginning Aug...they told me I called them and escalated only on 15th Aug and the 2 weeks will start on that date! 😭

I sent in multiple emails before 20 Jun, then on 27 June Aduan replied asked for documents to proof vehicle sold.

Then finally received link to de-register on 10 July from vepadmin.

There is a Customer Careline link at the bottom of the Edit Profile Info page, fill up the form saying you need to update your NRIC for VEP application.

They will reply back asking you to send a photo of your NRIC (front/back), Passport and eWallet balance to update.

I got the same error before, just wait for them to resend a link in VEP, then you can activate this again.

Ok I just checked and my TnG also under Passport ID type... so must change right? Just sent in to request for a change... sigh... hope this goes through... as for the VEP still waiting for email reply... tomorrow don't get answer will send email again... and again... until I get a reply to delete my Renew Application...
