I have been using TnG Directpay for years.

No issue with anyhow pay

@Wt_know Hi, I m unable to apply VEP, because the existing Car owner did not de-register.Any one can advise or suggestion ?I m planning to go Malaysia in

Feb2025. Can I still drive in without VEP? Thanks in advance.

Go to VEPAM webby and look for "Request for Deregistration" below login.

yah..at most warning....if letter warning, just throw, if verbal, just listen and drive off...no scare no scare...

My parents car's VEP is approved in 1 day. Submitted application on November 18, next day afternoon approved liao.

Today I went in with my parents for pasting of the tag at Paradigm Mall. The tag is activated in 10 mins after submitting the photo.

I am  impressed by the efficiency of TCSens.

Trying to link RFID tag with TNG wallet

However, TNG wallet has old passport details. Also many outdated details as TNG app was registered pre covid era.

Unable to change it in TNG app as it is greyed out.

Doesn't make sense to link outdated TNG details with RFID tag...what to do?

As long as the TNG app is linked to the RFID, that's all to it. TNG app need to input your IC number to link to RFID. Passport number is immaterial.

I needed to remove eWallet funds and setup a new online profile with updated information, re-link the card and put back funds into the eWallet.

But TnG service people gave me the step-by-step by email so it could be they have a different solution for your case.

These days much faster. imagine before the deadline pple queue 5-6 hours just to get the tag...

because bulk of drivers already done with it, applications should went down a lot.

I don't think my IC number is in the TNG.

Only see my old passport number inside.

in the TnG wallet app. there is a VEP JPJ. you can use that to input your NRIC into TnG.

What is the procedure to apply for VEP for another car while retaining your old vehicle number? A friend went through a very long process during his application before Covid because the retained number was shown as belonging to his previous car.

Deregister previous car (can above how to do it) but apply new VEP.
