sigh... cannot remember even what did i have lunch for yesterday, how to remember password for account registered like 5 yr ago... 😅

then when try to click 'Forgot Password' on the VEP page, it keeps prompting to enter a valid email address... seems to know the email is no longer in use... but more like the system doesn't even remember the email address...

My first picture for activation failed earlier. Just resent another one yesterday after coming back from my holiday, and viola! VEP tag activated successfully this morning! TnG app also immediately reflects.

I'm trying to book a slot NOW for my dad to pick up his tag at the Paradigm Mall outlet... seems like the available dates only run to end of this week... anyone knows when they add new slots? Thanks!

My VEP application just got verified! Is it true that for postage, gotta stick tag on headlamp (mine yellowed) whereas can put on windscreen if drive in and install? Need to top up e-wallet first?

Hi guys, need some guidance on VEP renewal(extension).  

Received email from JPJ to renew VEP before it expires by 31 Dec (my VEP tag was installed just before Covid so 5 year validity is ending).

Followed instructions and submitted an online application and received a fresh email stating my application was successful, as follows:

Thank you for your registration of the following vehicle;

Please click on https://vepams.jpj.gov.my for VEP RFID tag collection method and payment. You are also required to upload the following documents to complete the registration of your vehicle:

      a)    COE document (The PDF* file obtained from the Land Transport Authority (LTA)
             (http://www.lta.gov.sg/) or One Motoring (http://www.onemotoring.com.sg) website).
      b)    A copy of your Identification card (IC)
      c)    Insurance cover note

Please use the same login credentials as per your initial vehicle registration at https://vep.jpj.gov.my.

Question is - do I just wait and do nothing since I already have the VEP tag on my windscreen(since 2019), or do I have to further submit another "collection method and payment". I did click on https://vepams.jpj.gov.my It wouldnt allow me to add anything else.

Does anyone have similar experience? 

Or is there a location I can go to physically to sort this out.

the old one is deactivated and you need to re apply for a new VEP and stick on the headlamp or windscreen....

your old VEP and scape it off...

Planning to install it on the windscreen.

Doesnt seem right to paste onto headlamp at all.
