Thanks for the very quick reply!

It's actually very strange, i submitted the photo in July then for 1.5 months, the status in the VEP website was something like "pending activation".

I went JB 2 weeks ago, used the normal TNG physical card but when i'm back, the VEP website is now totally blank.

Is your VEP website also totally blank?

VEP website got my vehicle number and activated tag number and expiry date. TCSENS website status shown "Tag issued and activated"

@Mits_jc

I didn't receive any email to tell me it's activated and there's nothing at all, not even my application in the VEP website.

Any idea if it's successful or not?

Can check status at VEP AMS portal, e.g. if waiting for tag to be sent (after payment done for postage option) it will show “Pending For Tag Shipping“ or at final step after activation will show “Tag issued and activated”

Mine was immediate, the moment I received email on the VEP activation, I check my eWallet under RFID, it's already active.

So, a week after my last application, rejected again....... some BS about my name on some paperwork, no idea where.

Hmmm, got logged in and TCSens offered their application amendment to accept or not so as to finalize the process. Upon accepting the amendment, straight to payment and delivery option.

Question, better Postage or Collect @ Woodlands in the general opinion?

My thought is postage and fit myself.

not exactly related to VEP, but something that singapore should also consider implementing.

Too many false plates and funny font these days.

LTA SG really should do it, EU style car plate with rfid, green for EV, blue for ICE/HEV/PHEV for cars.

Anyone, using their TnG card which is linked to the eWallet to pay road Charge but is not reflected in payment history or even get a payment notification on that moment?

I tapped the card at immigration booth and it "teet"... then after a while like Dori fish 2 seconds memory I forgotten have i tapped my card so I check my ewallet transaction, nothing shown and no notification. So I ask immigration officer, he said already paid.... till today, that RM20 is not shown in my ewallet statement

Tap card is not shown... cos the road charge reader is not Pay Direct... same for all the highway toll card readers in Johor... nothing is reflected in your e-wallet app cos nothing was transmitted to the app by the card readers... unless you use the VEP RFID tag to pay via the MyRFID lane at the toll gates....

This is right... I just found out road charge is not pay direct with TnG card... but the weird thing is, it's missing from the TnG card transaction as well for the RM20 road charge... all PLUS tol charges (not pay direct) is listed as "usage" without even stating which exit tol it was. but when I "email" the TnG statement to my email, the PDF have all these exact charges in it.

Your eWallet account is inactive. Kindly download and register via TnG eWallet Mobile App. Also verify your eWallet profile with the same NRIC and registered Mobile Phone Number in order to complete the submission.

Nice! I still waiting for them to reply my email after sending them 3-4 emails about my hung renewal application... I either have to make appointment at the Woodlands Office or at Danga Bay office to fix this... will keep emailing and wait until the rush for 1 Oct is over... there are those who have to go in for business and family issues... so let them do first and resolve first... mine is just leisure entry...

My dad lagi better, spent 2 months sorting out VEP, I paste for him... they never reply to activate then vast week he go buy new car... so must do all over again... win already...

Yeah... it's left hand don't talk to right hand kind of issue... cos Road Charge goes to JPJ, your toll charges go through TnG and Plus... so they won't bother with the JPJ- payments although at their end they keep track for their accounting and transfer purposes...

You need to tap on "usage" to get the detail.  It shows entry and exit toll.
