mine was installed back in 2019. by right should expires this year but cannot find the expiry date on https://vep.jpj.gov.my/#/

and then pay again to use the new and equally useless next system.

I have the same issue. They replied my email after about 2 weeks and asked for my confirmation slip again.  So it's more waiting at the moment

This VEP thing just killed any interest of me driving across the causeway lol.

Find it very confusing.

Can imagine the chaos at wherever it is in JB to collect the tag from now till Oct.

Hopefully they collaborate with local agencies, or AAS, to make it easier.

It's very silly of them keep asking us information, when they can go get this from their VEP RFID counterpart.
Problem can be solved easily, instead they choose to do it slowly, with more enquiries or work piling up.

Ah Gong has no way to pressure as Clone car from Singapore is serious.

Same same. Been waiting 2 weeks already after replying email with the confirmation slip. Actually i don't even know if RFID is mandatory, or if it's only VEP registration that's mandatory and can continue to pay tolls and road charge by tapping TnG card.
