Just feel that this area punggol sengkang well known for si ginna problems since few years back, vandalism of cars etc. and now these ginna have grown up a little bit into adults but still roaming freely causing problems.

I think the factors are complicated.

There was serious crime last time too. Just that maybe not publicised as much. A random stabbing or killing at most just a few lines in newspaper.

A lot has changed in last 20 years or so.

Hope they don't give too much detail on how he starts the fire and the information about the fire. Crazy folks will follow. Typically newspaper like to sensationalize news to gain readers. But emphasize on how he was punished. Want those out there to know the end result and never want to try.

Although i stay northeast too, but previously didn't worry too much... now though, hope that Sengkang dun have too many siao langs causing issues... hope the mata no need too busy...

Seem like the common area, rubbish chute hopper shown in picture.

Surprised to see these hand-operated hopper still in a relatively new estate.

maybe us a old estate? earliest HDB in Punggol can be dated since 2003. . .

I rem i went to a fren HDB in 2001.  That block is oppo Punggol Interchange.

It was barren interchange then.
