Fella is sen and fits the bill of a same person that is visible challenged and came to my chirch

 

he tried to initiate discussion w me but got a stare instead. Partially disruptive imo

This Person is not Crazy,He is a Person that need extra Care,most likely cannot find Work,commit a Crime & let Prison Dept take care of his ''Special Needs''.

So is he just visually impaired or also mentally impaired?

Cos if really mentally impaired,  different liao.

Why report about this matter?

the Church is where SEN and those who glare at SEN go to for succor and relief.

priest being punched and spat on are part of the job…why they talk so much…maybe time to depart the service…

the altar boy … my time will tio smack upside the head.
