Meyer Blue condo 50% sold at avg $3260 psf.

Yeah. COE only about 31sqft. Just give up one powder room enuff.

I think it is a case of no choice, supply lagging demand despite cut and fill. No existing car owners will scrap/sell their car before ordering a new one. Especially the ones with kids and old folks to ferry. Population is growing and more n more families with old folks.

$2 mee pok is never coming back nor 60 cents kopi o.

Neither $300 salaries and $15k HDB flats.

Why would $30k COE?

Not surprised in high Cat A.

Look at number of people buying MB GLB180 and similar during the Expo. Including my colleague who got COE on 1st bid.

Another friend got the COE on 1st bid for Sep 2nd bid for a Lexus LBX. 

These are all the new B & B car.

i think this coming round of bidding

CAT A = 110k

CAT B = 125k
