Yes, those Jiak Liao Bee (JLB), when I changed my passport, they not only messed it up, took a long time to allow to collect still nevermind, tell me to go collect and make me wait hours (almost 4 hours before I ask them if something was wrong) and then say not ready. Change to arrange for special collection. Then during special collection, I really see so many of them standing around and talking but still make me waited 1.5 hours. What have we become off, I really dont understand

I think silver service solution if someone who can't do the job, is to give him/her more staff/assistants/resources/budget to do it.... 😆

need to change the mentality....same same for the 5 yrs once occassion.......5 yrs is a long time to give chance..
