Actually the management did it because some cannot park properly inside a lot. 

Either the front or boot overshoot the markings causing inconvenient to another vehicle sharing the same marking. (at different angle parking lot).

The management trying to squeeze as much parking lots as possible until sharing same marking lines with angular and abreast parking. So add parking stopper to prevent drivers parking outside their lot and knock onto another vehicle.

Maybe he was driving a Merc 450, long wheel-base. Can't fit in between the stoppers.

I park very well but I guess you park BEST. But my MPV is a huge V250. In tight corners as such, its a pain. Try driving in during peak times.

Parallel parking with stoppers (if no camera, cannot see at all) vs parallel parking with big obstacles\ cars flanking you are two different things...

Anyone with a driving license can perform B, but A will scrape your exhaust tip or bumpers.
