So locally have not enough donkey. So they went to africa and paid people for donkeys. decimated some populations. Imagine africans who use the donkey as a working animal. therock Supersonic August 7 Author Share August 7 (edited) There's a cresent moon oasis 鸣沙山月牙泉 The Yueya Spring is located in the Gobi Desert of Dunhuang City in northwest China's Gansu Province. It is considered a wonder of the Gobi Desert, as it is a natural oasis which appears in the shape of a crescent moon with crystal clear water, and this is why its name stuck. This oasis has been considered as one of the "Eight Great Sights in Dunhuang" since the Han Dynasty (202 BC - 220AD). (first shot not mine ...) Making it halfway was good enough for me... the younger ones ran all the way to the top... then took the slide down.. There's sand everywhere, like in my ahem areas too Forgot to swop to my tevas... so I have to walk with sand in my shoes / socks and all...
