I don't know much about Atto 3 but I test drove the Seal. I went away pretty impressed.  

Think Atto 3 pricing of $160k is similar to Vezel and Altis but it comes pretty well equipped.

Most car insurance have a $5m limit for 3rd party damages.. gov should mandate that for ev the min 3rd party damage limit is upped to say $20m.. then insurers will adjust premiums accordingly.

In Singapore, it is never about the speed limit of 90 km/h.

It is about outgunning the super kuai lan taxi lau / Grab driver / young punk in COE BMW from traffic light A to traffic light B. In this sense of driving, EV is king.

Don't believe ask RadX that's why he change from i4 to i5 🤣

Gasoline also very flammable.  I am sure when automobile was first introduced, lots of issues and deaths too.  A seat belt was an after thought.

gasoline is very flammable no doubt as it contains more energy per unit compared to batteries, but there are many efficient methods to control and put out the fire. nothing is zero but hazard prevention must be in place esp when it so aggressively rolled out. Its a low probability but high severity risk. Seat belt was invented to minimize injury during crash which is usually due to human error, battery fire is basically a tech issue. Just my thoughts.

Not only BYD. Many Conti also copied the tablet touchscreen controls. 好学不学，learn all the wrong things.

Many car are doing that.  Including conti. To me is stupid. So difficult to control the aircon. A simple knob on the dashboard can adjust blindly.

I checked with him, he said he upgraded from i4 to i5 coz new i5 has a new Dust Dispenser button.  😂😂😂

According to Korea media sources, Mercedes-Benz had flew their engineers to Korea for investigation. 

Although investigation still ongoing, but Korea media suspect it's due to the Mercedes EV battery issues.

Mercedes Korea had also disclosed that this model is using China car battery from China Farasis Energy. 

Instead of using better quality battery, Korea media suspect this model is using China car battery to lower the manufactuering cost.
