I think Li jiaman hit a dead bullseyes. Exact center in the shootoff. Korea won because it hit 2 x 9* which it hit the line of the 10 point ring. Out of 1 at least will be considered 10. If they were tied on points, they would have went into closest shot to the center of the target. (not sure if they would have considered all 3 shots or only the closest ones).
