What a stu*id name, this incident would really have triggered the crowd to strike now... :D

But I really don't know what is going on until I saw news headlines after work. Seems like my office system is not affected.

This is why a 1000 years of Chinese metaphysics studies tell people  to have auspicious names  for personal and  business purposes

But other people say such things are just hocus-pocus.

1000 years teachings can't be wrong.....lol

😆

Yeah stupid name.

My office IT guys are on network zoom calls all over various forums...talk talk talk...nothing they can do except to wait for MS folks to resolve the issue 😁

Your IT guys can take a leaf out of PAP's playbook.

S'pore less impacted by IT outage, but should stay humble & learn from incident: Josephine Teo

You say it best, when you say nothing at all.

I mean, what else can she say, she has no background in IT and is out of her depth here. Cue motherhood statement

At her level, she doesn’t need to be subject matter expert.

Yes, certainly, you are right. But like in many organisations, it's better if the big boss is an expert in the core business, otherwise easily mis-led by underlings or people laugh behind the back, very lao kwee.
