Don't be surprised there are gen Z driver nowadays, rent car etc. actually don't have licence.

As we know now, it is actually very costly and long process to get a driving licence. Number of private driving instructor dwindling without renewal and they charge higher fees. Opt for driving school, it's a controlled market with no incentive to improve. Trying to book slot is a challenge, and it can take up to 2 years to finally take the test, pass it and get the licence.

Why am I not surprised people just heck care and drive without a licence?
