Quite bad, I could smell the ‘oil spill’ smell like road paving smell….. BTW I stay opposite ECP

That's the risk of living beside the seaside. 

Yes nice view but facing such incidents, the air is fouled and have to bear it for weeks.

Anyway, many people would want an unblocked view, no matter what is infront of their house. Like many HDB has so called unblocked view, but most need to pay a price for the unblocked view by having a road/expressway infront of their blk. Everyday can hear the noisy traffic sound from the road.
