The one with "united" regressed from a "big" club to a small "club" with all the costs cutting. No provide lunch. No canteen. Rooftop leaking.

The other "city"  is a corrupted city pending 115 charges. Better stay clear.

Should make him our Germany chief scout.

He saw how good Szo, Gravel and Endo have been playing.

It was said that the recruitment committee prefers Nkunku while Klopp pushed for Nunez...

What Graham said is logical... Nunez is a very different player from Firminho.. signing Nunez and eventually letting Firminho leave would require a shift in tactics from using a False 9 to a traditional no. 9

What do we expect him to say? The last thing to do is to roll over and concede.

Fact is that their team isnt playing well and looks really brunt in front of goal. Had 2 shots on target at home vs West Ham tells you the whole story.  Their injury crisis and poor planning not to get a decent no.9 for the last 2 windows have cost them dearly. . Arteta's body language tells me that he is getting overly frustrated and it may be a matter of time before he snaps or calls it quits.

One of the reasons is because Havertz played there last season and actually did quite well. And also Trossard and Saka firing on all cylinders.

Their injury crisis is just too much for any team.

Pool Mathematical Path to winning the title.... [smash]

Yeah 26pts or 9 wins or 8 wins plus 2 draws from 7 home games and 4 away games:

Newcastle (H)

Southampton (H)

Everton (H)

Fulham (A)

Westham (H)

Leicester (A)

Spurs (H)

Chelsea (A)

Arsenal (H)

Brighton (A)

Palace (H)

Will be interesting if we put in an 8 win run... with Arsenal matching all the way until they come to Anfield

Gunners do not have a recognised #9 so they are relying on Haverz scoring enuff goals and the rest of the forwards to chip in.  None of their forwards nor Havertz are in double digits in the EPL this season.  Havertz scored 9 goals in 21 Matches. (It was 13 in 37 matches last season). The next top scorer behind Havertz is a CB with 6 goals presumebly all from set pieces.

It was curious that they chose not to invest in their forward line in the last 2 windows unless you consider the loan move for Sterling as a upgrade to any of their forward line.  They bought a full back, MF and a GK in the summer.

Dont count any chickens yet. The ball is round. And in football, anything can happen.

Last season, we led the table for more time than any team in the table and still ended up 3rd.
