Turbocharged

𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 at Anfield, Liverpool 2 - 2 Fulham.

Very early down to 10 man when Robbo was sent off. Fulham should also be down to 10’ but no.

Twice we fell behind and twice we came back with goals from Gakpo n Jota. Great fighting spirit!

I remembered we have a young player in Robertson position out on loan. Something...Owen.

Actually is good for us as we get to know how slot in-game management during adversity. He is cut-out to be a successful premier league manager.

See how it go from here.

My own post during the match.

I give a thumb 👍 for Slot in-game management.

So many manager would had done a formation switch or immediate substitution but no. Slot trusted his players and move Ryan back to defence. Switches gomec to left back.  We finished the first half strongly.

We could had won the match if not for Fulham gk. Alison second half literally nothing much to do.

Good show of fighting spirit by us.

If Nunez doesn't start scoring soon this will he his last season.

If we can get Rayan Cherki for 25m we should get him as Nunez replacement.

I applauded Slot for taking TAA off as its captain obvious he was a liability playing at that position.

Iwobi was all over him and passed him as if he was a schoolboy.

Jota the savior. Period

Nunez is seriously lacking in confidence, even Elliot looked more composed that the high profile signing.

Credit to pool for getting a draw with 10men. Fullam played well.

Found him owen beck. Seem like doing well.

Previously kloop ever recalled him.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c4gzwxgzz98o

Quoted.Beck has made the left-back position his own after an impressive debut at Burnley. The only disappointment has come in the form of a late sending-off at Preston, which saw him sit out three games

John Henry wife Linda Pizutti is really smart just like him.

:D

“A lot of refereeing in this draw,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “When the red card came out, Anfield filled in with support, and Liverpool played hard and dominated until the final whistle.”

Am watching the fulham game

Noticed that when Gakpo drop deep as left wing back and Gravenberch moved into centre of defense, our press didn't work well and our back line can't seemed to break through Fulham's press. Slot probably decided to maintain the original set up with Gravenberch filling in for Gomez who moved left to take up LB role.

While Gravenberch got the MOTM award, I thot Szoboszlai was like Gerrard... never far away from the ball... dropping into defence to tackle, chasing every ball in midfield and popping up in attack. Jones was also impressive except for the crazy tackle...

Maybe Slot can consider partnering Szoboszlai with Gravenberch in the no. 6 with Macca playing in no. 10 role

When Elliot and Jota came on, we are set up in a 3-2-4 formation... with Gravenberch protecting the 3 CBs and Elliot supporting our four forwards...

Okay let's give credit when due.

It was Nunuz quick assist to jota that scored the equalizer.

He can stay if he's ok as a fake niner...and contribute to goals...directly or indirectly 😁
