Funny story from Spain.

Liverpool is "willing" to secure a cut-price deal for Mykhaylo Mudryk a Chelsea flop should Mohamed Salah leave at the end of the season, a stunning report has claimed.

We will pay £29m next summer, although the total package could rise to £42m.

I doubt if Chelsea will sell to us at £29m when they paid £89m for him.

Jota is not very fast but flew past the right back.

Jota is not a good crosser like TAA but put the ball on the head of Konate.

Jota is not fast but got in front of the defender and got the pen when the defender pulled him down.

Jota 2 assists to win the game.

We need another Jota to win the League.

Ryan Gravenberch was the first Premier League midfielder to contest more than 5 duels in a match with 100% success (8), make 3+ tackles with 100% success (3), and make 50+ passes at 90%+ accuracy (57/62) since Sandro for Spurs v Blackburn in April 2012.

Gravenberch has done well. full marks for him. He actually has the physical attributes to be a top class DM.

However, he probably need at least another 1-2 seasons to keep playing as a DM before he can reach the elite level mentioned in the same breadth as Rice, Rodgri etc.  Primarily his positional intelligence and defensive awareness is not at the same proficiency. He is press resistance and can recycle passes efficiently. but defensively, he will face tougher challenges when we play a out and out attacking teams like City, Arsenal, Spurs etc.  We can assess him on another day before thinking he is the finished product. 

if you ask me, we still need a specialist no.6 if we are really going to mount an enduring challenge.   If that comes in during the winter window, then it will spell the end of the journey for die-hard fan in endo.

Gravenberch benefit from 1 season of bedding in i feel, and of course Slot's confidence in him. i think he tried too hard last season in the 2nd half of season.

Slot's start is impressive, the play, i reserve my comments becos i watch pool's heavy metal for past 9 yrs.

i am concern more on Szobo more... his touch is loose after his injury last season and always seems to lose possession. but wo him, we really play lower the pitch. what he brings is not measured in stats but he seem to have lose his 'explosiveness'

Jota is the least of worry.. he should be available for tonight game. 

Chiesa is definitely out with an unknown issue...  hope this wont be another MC king  (Sturridge, Keita, Ox comes to mind)....

We have not played any of the top 10 teams. Let see how we fare after theinternational l break against asernal.
