That's why is advisable to go for eye checks every 2 years and for those above 55 yrs old, every year.

Police will get involved if motorbiker call for ambulance or go hospital to report injuries.  TP maybe will charge the cyclist but doesn't mean motorbiker will automatically receive compensation. In past cases, when those uninsured e-bikers injure pedestrians and kena charge but end up they say too poor to pay compensation.

Commercial vehicles have to go inspection annually. Unless this van got inspection lobang, I would say the inspectors in the inspection centre are sleeping also
