say many times already, roads have been like the  wild wild west and getting worse daily for the past couple of years.

So many accidents, reckless driving, drunk driving, speeding cases, druggies running away and dumping their cars etc

IMHO.
The incidents posted here,  now need to re-think whether good to keep left unless overtaking - fast vehicles seems to like to over take from the left. 🤔

Some like to say that the left lanes are faster than the right lanes due to right lane hoggers fastidiously keeping to the speed limit

So those who want to go fast use the left lane until they come a cropper with a large immovable object like a stopped water tanker

Or a car that is actually slow and being on the lane it is supposed to be on

Maybe less traffic,  centre lane.  Heavier traffic,  left lane. 🤣
