This altercation took place on the 10 Oct. at 7 pm and police were called in. This also caused a long traffic jam till the sky darkened.

The police gave a warning to the cyclist and let him off.

 

 

Our police getting lazy with paper work. If the delay was but 10-15mins then let off maybe still acceptable this bigger probably held everyone up for an hour. How can the policemen on the ground condone such behavior.

and let off with warning got record his name and ic or not? Or just tell him, “ next time cannot ah”. I’m sure it’s not the 1st time he does this. Recalcitrant idiots like that should be slapped with an offense.

Ya I remember many years ago my colleagues called the police to report a guy for shoplifting.

The guy had already opened & thrown away the packaging, put the item in his pocket & was walking out of the store before we stopped him.

The police arrived but he kept denying it until we showed the police the disposed packaging.

In the end, police say technically he hasn't left the premises & so he was just made to pay for the item & he yaya papaya walked out of the shop saying he got money to pay!

And if you complain. The higher ups will say they have full confidence in their people on the ground ability to discern. 
same shit in every organization.

Maybe you got knock down,not call Ambulance,call Tong Aik/Police Hearse,send you to Blk 9 SGH & meet @RadXthere...so cross Road,better look Left/Right & not see Handphone.

As a driver I think we don't have enough deterrent law for people who run red lights beside slap on hand for points+fine (at least suspend license for 2 months, kick their livelihood to make them realize others life have more meaning).

Unfortunately due adrenaline rush human instinctively people want to check if they are harm or not. And these b**tard will try to move you to curb to show you are ok and they care for you.
Remember that time this green bus ran over the worker legs and try to make him walk when he was limping very badly and moving him to the side (also try to slide worker should wear high visibility west like it was his fault).

The law should change to impose higher penalty for beating a red light, like -6 points and $2000 fine minimum.

Drink driving which is worst already cannot control. Straight away jail 1mth even if 1st time.
