reciprocal justice measure for measure, he's the one who posted first, ICA should have the rights to show the full video to clarity certain allegations against them. If not public perception won't be good if we only see his part of the video claiming that the officer was rude blah blah. In fact by doing this, in future people will start to think twice before posting any of such video online.

For educational purpose and PSA to other pu bor kias out there who wish to act all gangster, after all it has been cleared by authorities.

May not be ethical since it seems like shaming the bugger, but his face has been blurred to reduce the shame. After all his name is already in the news, so doxxing by CNA/ICA is out of the picture.
