Recently I encountered similar lane 1 slowdown. Slow lanes all empty so I switched lane 2 and finally saw the front car driving turtle speed. Suddenly the turtle swerve into my lane as he die die exit expressway last minute. He must have shitted his pants because he swerved back to lane 1 half way after realizing I was in next lane.

Luckily I have a talent for spotting chao turtles on the road anticipated the stunt and switched to lane 3 to avoid him.

Many seconds later... I can hear his horn horn horn behind me presumably because I didn't "give way" to his swerving. But I'm more concerned whether he managed to clean his soiled pants that night.
