The instructions for the car park can be bewildering.. it might be an emergency, and the driver had dropped off the patient at ED and is rushing to park...

Nope. Beat red light on main road into hospital...then at a T...left turn goes to ED...right turn to carpark...he wanted to turn left then saw carpark sign...turned right...😁

Motorcycle don't care, doesn't know how to anticipate traffic and don't bother to do defensive riding..

Ok, then I ask you, how to deter? Will poodles or LTA follow up on the case if videos capturing the cyclist not stopping and cycling across the crossing are submitted to them?

My point is, if the authorities don't follow up and enforce the law, the law is as good as useless. Errant cyclists and PMD/PMA users can just do whatever they want because they know even if they are breaking the law, nobody will catch them

Traffic police or LTA should also catch those pedestrian using handphone while crossing.

No they will not, because again they will push blame to drivers to look out for these people.

I don't know why phone is so farking important to these people than their own life and safety, it is like they will miss important part of the operation they were performing remotely and if they blink patient will die.

Not only pedestrian but asswipes sitting in cars quickly start looking at their phone while waiting at traffic light, what is so important there which can't wait for few minutes?
