How is the AD reputation?  Definitely a factor to consider when making a purchase decision, especially in SG context.

AD is definitely a valid point. So many small ADs come and go - skoda's, chevrolet's in the past. Wouldn't wanna stuck with a car with valid warranty but nowhere to claim.

A friend of mine went to view it while searching for a EV. He said he especially like configuration where he can set up to sleep in the car comfortably, presumably for his Malaysia road trips and campings. But no, he didnt go for it eventually.

Just went to test drive the aion y plus this morning. Very intelligent car as can use voice commands to control car. Got ventilated seats and lock and shut down car when walk away and vice versa. Damn spacious esp in back row. Large 360 cam, large nav, adaptive cruise control, etc etc that u can nvr find in other jap, German, Korean car brands. More powerful than byd atto 3. Really the underdog and value for money in high coe mkt. Give me high trade in value for my current car but I give it a must as still have not settle my car loan.

Congrats on ur new purchase. I am not buying it as my current jap car still got 6 yrs coe left and now very high coe. They just increase the price. They put price low but go down there say with such low price cannot get coe. But I must say with so many features very value for $$$. But I am also concerned with china reliability and hope not as bad as vw id4 and id5 whereby reliability jialat. I used to own diesel vw after 1 yr gb kaput.

Went to see it in the showroom. No thank you. Swathes of cheap plastic all around inside. It’s truly a budget car. The Y plus is much better

Y plus much better? Are you refer to the premium spec? Notice the price difference between ES and Y plus not a lot.

This model is very reliable and trusted in china. It's widely used in china as their taxi/didi/网约车 👍

No frills budget car instead of a vios or city. When Coe drop I can see this selling well. 

But i think the main negative is no mechanical boot release. And the HU no wired android or apple is bit too barebones for an EV.

If the price is really cheap, whether have mechanical booth release and HU wired or not, no longer important. But if based on current crazy car price, such features are important. Lol.

SG cars so expensive. B&b cars will always have demand. Just that demand nullified by car price. Now older liao, any car that serves the function will do for me. 

The super outdated attrages could sell last time. Definitely this can sell also.

Saw a few on the road already, and there is one parked at a carpark I visit often. Whenever I go there sure go and see this car. 

On paper it is spec quite big, but the actual car doesn't look that big, however it is not a small car and definitely beats the attrage. 中规中矩, and I think it's a great "kar ta" aka as basic ride, to 遮风挡雨 on the road. 

Target at users who wants an EV drive, but don't want to move away from ICE car feel. I also think can sell.
