one PI quote 1.5petrol version..about $165k with guaranteed coe..current Kah HE7 price is $176099 which may still have $5k early bird discount..seem 1.5 petrol and kah HE7 not much different

I went to take a look on Thursday. Felt that middle row no support for thighs. Overall, interior (leg space) tighter than stream.

but if last row 1 seat down, can go in through back - higher.

preferred jazz - overall feel of steering and second row seat. Don’t actually need third row as most of time, last row as store.

U can’t compare with Stream as that’s a car of yesteryear

Better comparison is vs Sienta. Jazz is HB hence also not comparable.

Another possible comparison is perhaps BYD M6 but being an EV also not exactly comparable but at least its entry level MPV so to a certain extent like for like.

If 7 seater is not required most of the time, Aion Y/Y plus is worth considering.

2 unit in my estate now.

It is cheaper than Jazz/Freed

Ya, low margin by dealer also. My next block has 1.

i am kind of particular about the feel of car before I consider the drive.

happened to visit Hyundai at Bulin, loved the ioniq 5, but expensive because of more than 30 dealer margin

The Freed is in a unique position, with only the Sienta as it's true rival

Basically this is the car if you want seven seats when you need it, or a spacious 5 seater with a big cargo area, no EV, and no conti car. It's easy to park and not as big or expensive as the Noah or Voxy or Stepwagon and you want an English menu with a AD warranty and the reliability of a Jap car.

Can this car be fitted with 16" rims/tyres ?

Also, that small side mirror on the left side, can it be change to a camera ?

Quite disappointing to see the small side mirrors.
