i worry for bedok interchange... all the condos above will devalue when a huge fire in the interchange occurs! 😁

my suggestion is to build a swimming pool above the bus interchange. then discharge the water to flood the area.

EV bus la. its LPPL in the end. gonna cost so much more..

Don't think water works for electric fire. Build a sand dune lah on top lah. hahaha.

Yes, should have been thought before, and implemented into construction.

It's only a matter of time before we have reports of a mass casualty event from some EV burning somewhere.

The condos won't devalue if the interchange or depot catches fire, the whole construction can collapse from the heat generated by multiple EV dominos going up together. [Luton Airport Carpark collapse]

These are current pictures. They have to demolish the whole building as it is structurally not sound and rebuild.

Solution very simple. Just have this guy have retainer basis. Activate when needed:

He will remove anything - burning buses, burning trains, terrorist passengers and even incompetent management!

LTA  is looking for ways to quickly remove a burnt one from a multi-storey depot and submerge it into a water tank to prevent a fire from reigniting.

The buses are charging on 2nd floor. 
 

first floor performing maintenance. 
 

When the 2nd floor bus in flame, press the switch to open switch door below the bus , let it drop to first floor with a water pool standby below.

You need 50m x 8 lane pool + 5m depth.

Otherwise, you will have giant boiler

Good idea, floating depot with individual detachable  bay, when a bus caught fire, tow the particular bay out and let it burn or dump it into  sea water.😁
