leisure park is a dead mall for many years if not for the ice skating rink and bowling centre, F&B there only depend on the events at indoor or national stadium.

Like that can have TS and Cold play to come here on the same date. But MRT sure jam.

currently haven't seen 2 events ended at the same time, Kpop group was at the indoor stadium on 1st day of TS concert but their show was in the afternoon ended around 6pm.

I went to a concert at indoor last year where duno which UK FC was having a friendly football match at the stadium, but they ended before the concert so not much jam.

This one no different. Green or sustainability who cares

Tear down and rebuild is only for commercial buildings. You do not see they tear down much residential buildings, esp HDB.
