We are really having 狗屎运 with the 10% tariff with neighouring countries all gotten much higher. If this tariff is to stick for longer, more goods from other countries would be transiting through our shore with "clever" schemes to take advantage of our status, which we have been benefitting already. Really huat ah!

Customs can always ask for Certificate of Origin.

Trade war only work. If u are the country that supply certain items. And every body have to buy from u.

Or u are that country that buy certain item. And every 1 have to sell to u.

Why trump dare to go and do a all out trade war. Because every 1 want to sell to US. 

I see some comment. Even now some ppl are still thinking of how to sell to US. They haven't wake up yet. Which is why trump is not budging.

We won't be spared...we are so opened and reliant on global trade...peeps see us only kena 10 while they kena more...trade agreement ornot...sure hike prices...they also need to survive...that's why ah wong need to setup a task force...not so much against ducky...we really have no card to play with him...despite our purchases on astronomical priced war wares...😂

When 1 phone can last for 5 years easily.  

From phone to cars, toys , entertainment,  concert, eating at restaurants.  

Over sea trips, holiday. Cruise.  Everything need to cut down by at least 30%.

They need to increase working hours. Stop handing money to ppl who dun work.

One issue I was remembered a few days ago, Canada chops down its forests, ships the trees to China where it gets turned into furniture and returned to Canada for sale and distribution.

I wonder how many parts go from the US to China (sure, not a lot but.....) now subjected to China import tariffs, turned into something then shipped back to US now at 100%+ tariff. Suddenly a part is nearly triple price even before work is calculated.

The whole market is in turmoil. US importers won't know how much to import from China, as tariff changes from day to day.

Most of American stuffs are made in China or parts made in China, including well-known brand names.
