Vice President JD Vance issued a stark warning to Russia, threatening the potential deployment of U.S. troops to Ukraine—a move that directly undercut Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth who was forced into an embarrassing reversal on his earlier remarks.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Vance said the U.S. may take military action if Russian President Vladimir Putin fails to negotiate a deal that guarantees Ukraine’s long-term independence.

Don't read too much. These people's words have no meaning. They can flip-flop any day.

Z is smart. Vans and Dumpt are idiots.

It's not a fair fight.

The onky reason Russia hasn't fully taken Ukraine after 3 years is Z.

Z is a comedian but he is really smart and tough.

I often wonder what do Asian Americans feel all these years having to sit through DEI training and told they must also fork out for reparations to the very group known for punching up elderly Asians... And they cannot mention it..🤦‍♂️

Vans telling Europe how to run their own countries is interfering in their politics.

Europe only want US money and protection and not their stupid ideas.

Kiev said they bombed Chernobyl.

Russia says no they didn't.

I believe Russia so Russia bombed Chernobyl because they said it wasn't Kiev.

Russia tell lies is like pro China supporters tell lies.

It's so ridiculous no one believes them.

Actually, among major economies,  US is in a terrific position.

RRESOURCE  -north America has EVERYTHING to survive nicely,  food, water,  energy,  minerals,  fantastic agriculture... lots and lots of land.

China is actually the world largest food importer. Energy too ( roughly 4M bpd produce,  12M bpd import).

SECURITY- no need say,  no one can invade,  illegal immigration can be easily controlled compare to EU, Asia etc.

ECONOMY - exports are only around 10% of American economy. It's a huge amount due to absolute size of American economy,  but relatively small %.. exports is about 20% of China economy.

DEMOGRAPHICS - US has a good 9 digit population. About the best fertility you can compare.

Russia , China,  EU are literally dying out. EU has also the stupid suicidal practice of importing incompatible arabs and african illegal immigrants, UK and Germany are probably goners 🙄

i beg to differ .... for the past 30 years US has lost it

no raw materials to make goods ... no supply chain

no factory to make goods

no skill to make goods

no people to make goods ... the union is unbelievable

no mood to make goods

yes, i agree US is indeed in a very good position

in the good old days ... the Made in USA label sibei tok kong and have to pay a premium

i still recall we despise anything MIC (even anything made in Asia countries) for its inferior quality, lousy design and packaging

the table has turnaround 360-degree and no u-turn liao

US need how many years to "get back" to where they was?

What you say is true,  but it's a result of policy change due to globalisation that steers priorities.. It's a long topic.

US is changing again... or in the process.. away from globalisation and inter dependence and it CAN do it if it wants.  Problem is most nations cannot.

Let's hope things improve... cos Singapore lives the way we know it ONLY because of globalisation.

It’s the people’s attitude

those with drive are new migrants, to make their American dream come true for betterment of their family

The “natives” allowed unions and some human rights movement to erode these values, replaced with the world owes them a living attitude as citizens of the world sole superpower.

The percentage of US middle class has dropped for the past 20 years, and the converse is true for low income groups.

US does have much good resource, but why mine when you can buy cheaper.

Trump may be able to reverse the trend ‘if’ he upends the existing deteriorating values.
