Actually its not that straightforward.

Obama is concerned enough about blacks voters going over to vote Rep that he spoke out.

He has been criticised by many, who pointed out a white politician cannot insist whites vote white without major consequences.

Blacks have also pointed that he is racist for assuming blacks must vote by colour.

The asian block also seeing people going Rep.

The result could be close.

Women are naturally at a disadvantage when they have to project their voice louder as a politician. 
They tend to sound more "shouty" or shrill. That gives a sense of not being in control.

I dunno how Angela Merkel did her rallies. But i guess german political rallies are tamer stuff than the rabble rousing American ones.

Actually.... if we look back. For region specific impact.

The single recent policy item that had the biggest impact on this entire region is the termination of the TPP. Thats Trump. Irreversible, theres many articles about the strategic consequences of that decision.

And the trade war, thats also Trump, Biden just quietly continued and co op it. Perhaps its arguable even if Trump didnt start it, Biden would anyway.

So in a way... we been living under trump policy for a long time already🤔
