On avg, 2023 every month got about 650 COE quotas for Cat B bidding. 59 forfeited COEs is alot. Suspect dealers or companies not registering high COEs as they predicted it to drop given back fill + market volatility. 

 

I think we need to monitor over next couple exercises to see if indeed such non registration trend persists. Do collect me if I am wrong. 

 

On a side note. I monitor cos I still waiting for my Seal Premium.. T.T. going into 4th bid now.

Think it is still a 2 week break for this one. The last one was 21 Feb iirc. Anyway Cat A COE has just hit 71k at 3.27pm. looks likely for Cat A to be about the same as last one. Higher chance for a drop of 5k in Cat B.
