Jamesc Hypersonic January 15, 2024 Share January 15, 2024 (edited) Wait for people that ordered to much and after CNY bring to office. Times are hard. My kids never say they don't eat leftovers. If they do more pineapple tarts and habie hiam for Dad. Edited January 15, 2024 by Jamesc
Jamesc Hypersonic January 15, 2024 Share January 15, 2024 I envy parents that kids say they don't eat leftovers. Sometimes I am too late all the habie hiam and bak kwa all gone. If you complain kids don't eat leftovers want to exchange? I will even throw in a baby sitter free. Their grandmother.

Watwheels Supersonic January 15, 2024 Share January 15, 2024 My work place here the fruits stall auntie is pushing sales. I did bought some but not much. Other than that I go around Ubi, at Yan's Cakes, they actually sell more of kueh lapis on regular days. Can check out their FB page for price list. I like their pineapple tarts. Not too dry and not too sweet but a bit pricey though. That whole row of shops there sell new year goodies. Nearing the actual day will be packed with ppl. Other than Ubi I went Woodlands Terrace last year. It's like a one stop shop. If you are cooking, a lot of frozen/pre-prepared food, a good place to shop. It is buying direct from factory. https://www.littledayout.com/chinese-new-year-factory-warehouse-sales-festive-shopping/

Max you pay is $14 SGD per bottle of biscuit. Food tasing was generous. First time for me and shall do it annually.
