I buy from this stall Mr Bready at meiling hawker centre. They have special flavour of love letters and pineapple tarts. 😁

Usually will buy last 2 days before CNY at neighborhood  shops when they start to sell 3 for $10/-

Pre-ordered my pineapple Tarts in end nov with Ong Lai Queen. 

Other stuff I will just buy adhoc like love letters etc. 

Bah kwa seldom buy nowadays for cny. The one I like my mum don't like cos too many charred parts lol.

My work place here the fruits stall auntie is pushing sales. I did bought some but not much.

Other than that I go around Ubi, at Yan's Cakes, they actually sell more of kueh lapis on regular days. Can check out their FB page for price list. I like their pineapple tarts. Not too dry and not too sweet but a bit pricey though. That whole row of shops there sell new year goodies. Nearing the actual day will be packed with ppl.

Other than Ubi I went Woodlands Terrace last year. It's like a one stop shop. If you are cooking, a lot of frozen/pre-prepared food, a good place to shop. It is buying direct from factory.

City square. Wouldnt go wrong. Went in yesterday for CNY seafood purchase. Brought a Styrofoam and all my seafood with ice and was still fresh when i reach home at 2pm. Prior to return was at City Square. Max you pay is $14 SGD per bottle of biscuit. Food tasing was generous. First time for me and shall do it annually.

Decades ago, i used to go to JB to buy my CNY goodies every year due to price is low. But not anymore liao. 😅

Now Aunty Lucy near my place got discount , from $6 to $5. already hoot a few bottles..
