PAP got 32 new candidates.

I'm trying to do the maths. Got 4 new seats and 4 vacant seats (Tharman, Iswaran, TCJ and mistress). Meaning 24 are replacements.

Who are the ones stepping down?

Actually, with a new PM of about a year, coming from losing one new GRC in the last election, and a very close fight in West coast GRC the last election, the PAP choose to replace almost 1/3 of their candidates with fresh ones. Is this a bold move? a dangerous move? or a confident move? 

Did their intelligence reported back some information supporting such a move? [laugh][laugh][laugh]
