that's a good sign right....can share with them what to fix up at my blocks.....

i have written 2x and my wife too to TC portal, all we got is looking into it and then after a few weeks case close and settled!

In the same fashion, stop patting people on their backs and trying to be loved.

Best chance to have done it was during National Day rally.  Remind the people directly in their faces, that HDBs are leasehold. Make them realise that by no mistake, the HDBs will be zerorised in value when lease runs out. In fact, drill it in their minds that HDBs are not for profiteering.  HDBs are for living in.  First generation owners are very likely to see their asset value rise in their lifetime which is the reward of doing right.  They will also be able to pass down the roof over their heads to the next gen ensuring a place to stay and live.   And that this nation has to move in unison, rise up as one and work for our future together.  None of these poor performing ding a dang bulls**t will be tolerated in the areas of public safety and wellbeing, social and cultural harmony. And this also means that each one of us will be able to and will have to be responsible for our own destiny with the hand of meritocracy upheld.  Help may be rendered and sympathy may be given to those who need and those who take the steps to help themselves but handouts will be far and few if any at all.

Do we have the IRON or not, presently?

I agree, too many handouts now . Too much emphasis on patting everyone's back saying you're ok, I am ok
