Maybe indirectly they tell you no matter electoral margin getting smaller or not, gahment still will raise everything, but only see how much they will raise depending on the margin?!

To be fair though, they are transparent enough to raise these things before election. Rather than drop it on everyone after election.

TOC did have loads of biased/anti-establishment articles

If it was funded by Singaporeans, its fine, but if its by foreign parties (directly/indirectly) with agenda to skew the populace's opinions like HK, it will be worrying

I know, but it helps to get the news from a wide variety of sources in order for us to draw our own conclusions.

On another note, they are just slightly worse than our mainstream press which ranks 150++ 

Who is the current no. 1, 2 or 3? Guess these will be the most credible

Our media is ranked that low for media freedom (as a country).

It has nothing to do with media credibility.

With freedom, there will also be more fake news.

It does not necessarily breed more freedom.

If you read the rationale for the ranking, you will understand why we are so low.

By the way, Msia has substantially more media freedom than us.

It rank 20 place above us.

America arguably got the most freedom. I would not call their media credible.
