Those who park and don't ride, basically get subsidised parking, as it is cheaper than buying season.

I think many people park and don't ride and take advantage of the park-ride-scheme. I have also done this before for a few times back then. 😅

They can raid reserves, we cannot. even if the "reserve" is "loss of projected parking revenue" and not actual raiding.
