When people not good in studies, they have other better skills, in which some progress much better in life later on than what high-academic achievers can do. So having degree cert doesn't mean anything because when out in the society, academic achievements only give a head-start. But life experiences are what make a person better and able to make them find themselves their direction and work from there.
