I only know the used car shops at turf city. i got a friend who introduced me to some used bmw sellers. Supposed to be reputable. Maybe that's for next bidding window. Current bidding i think agents are pushing for high GST + reduced VES rebate and also buy before this bidding to get car before CNY.
