i think there's a possibility the price will drop by a fair amount but won't crash.

No worry and no scare that the coe will crash la. Often the coe bidding only happens last 15 mins or so. The coe will miraculously jump to $150k before bidding ended.

For current coe crazy level, even drop also cannot see much difference. 😂

Actually the true test comes from today's bidding. 924 quota for Cat A is quite a lot. When COE went to S$2 in 2008 the quota then was about 1,100.

So if COE remains high after today bidding then there is something that really deserves to be seriously looked at on the demand side.
