macrosszero Turbocharged October 23, 2023 Share October 23, 2023 Long time ago I was preparing to relocate to another country to begin my uni, and asked a forex trader friend where to get the best rates. His response was that unless I were changing 6 figure sums, it really didn’t matter if I did it at a bank, one of the popular money changers at Suntec City or Bishan because the time taken, and the cost of travel would nullify any benefit of a teeny tiny better rate. Since then I’ve always changed foreign currency at my convenience and not for the absolute best rate.
