Anchorvale village HC. Ah Tan cutlet rice. Bought 2 to share for family of 4. The cutlet is big enough to do so with 2 kids. 

This mini neighbourhood mall is stuffed to the brim with f&b outlets. 

3 fast food restaurants. Countless small f&b franchise outlets (at least 20). This is not even including the HC. There is a hdb coffeeshop just right beside it. 

Good luck to all the f&b outlets there man. Very hard to survive one liddat. Competing against basically 40 other offerings on a single day in a single location. 

I can already predict many of them will shutter when the lease is up. 

 

Design is damn crappy. Exit carpark to go to B1. Couldn't find the escalator with no clear sign.

The B1 only has a travellator that exits at the extreme right side of the building.

Can skip the adjacent kpt...nothing fancy...not to mention small and can get wet during heavy downpour...😅

honestly don't see much that interest me at this HC also.

But when i went at 3+, 60% already closed.

I know how the layout is. but it's a silly layout. Especially the access between each level.

Many are liddat...the lifts are weirder...cannot close from inside even when no one is pressing on the outside...must wait for someone on another level to press...😅

I like the lei cha, kawan bowl, army chicken and the zhu za tang stall...yet to try mr tan wings and the beef noodle stall...

I notice there are many eatery in SK, one SK already have 3 hawker centre. Plus many coffershop and big big small small malls. Don't know why this place need so many f&b? Even though SK filled with lots of f&b outlets, but i still don't know where to eat whenever i am there. Lol.
