It is not dry, inside meat is juicy, outside very crispy.

Just that this type of food since you likely cannot appreciate,  must well don't eat.

If not come here complaint too oily, salty, etc..... 😅😅😅🤣🤣😬😬

Went into town for meeting. 

Abc not many stalls open. Opted for this one man show prc cook zhi char. Got another prc lady assistant. Cooked rice at home. 

Prices all very reasonable. Paid 34+.

Quality is above average to good for the dishes I ordered. 

I'm beginning to find these places the cheapest way to eat zhi char.

For a single pax meal usually not much difference only 50 cents or maybe a dollar. But if you buy whole dishes, they are significantly cheaper than neighbourhood zhi chars. Like this would have cost me around low 40s at my usual hk street.

Same as you can go cai png stall to dabao dishes only, then go home ownself cook rice, price should be cheaper than buy from zi char stall or home cooked food.
