The steamed egg at most places is considered meat. But I don't really like the fried omelette usually so I still order the steamed egg. Like fried tofu with ba chor. Your water egg at least still have some bar chor on it, so still can consider as meat. But the eggs i ordered not even a single bak chor/meat. Just normal onion fried egg. Lol.
