Datsun366 Turbocharged June 17 Share June 17 Just so you know some hawkers play on the compassion of reporters and everyone else...not that I speak with their neighbors or know about some ppl mcfers have advertised for... Though in this case, it shows how far sg has comed when the majority of new customers would be chased away as ragamuffins sniffing at superior human food...its all good. 😊 Chai png bibimbap.

The cakes are pretty dense type, not the fluffy type. I always buy when I'm there before they close but seldom cos I visit my parents in the evening. Today no see pineapple tart and doughnut balls with sugar. The cakes indeed dense type, 很有口感. Lol.

Yeah you could say by today standards, they would be considered banana bread type. I like the raisin one the most for the cakes. Almost bread type of texture. Some of these cakes I haven't eaten for more than 10 years, but I still remember the taste. Other than my mums cooking, I probably ate this the most. At least a few times a week for almost 30 years. 1

It's just rice flour with sweet sauce. Edited June 17 by Lala81 1
